I was out of work for quite sometime after i quit on the job that i found a bit unproductive and unworthy of my time. I think the best way to describe a job quitting or job termination is not when the employer decided to fire you. Its on your on end or shall we say on my end. Its when the time you decide I wont give an output and you just browse some social media and other unwanted internet discussion that will take so much of your productive time.  Its when hating the boss is somehow a good option and  you deciding not to work on it and leave the job and continue procrastinating. This is simply a decision of firing yourself. 

In this online job , me as employee dont have a luxury of facing your employer and what you just simply hold is both of your trust and confidence that -  you deliver worthy and of value for him and he will in return give you a value of what you have done. I think the key is just the relationship that you are reciprocating whatever the values and good that you are sharing with. 

Freedom in online job is good but one must thread also cautiously. A fair sharing must be maintained so as not to be unfair that your employer is paying a proper amount and not for the guy who just simply browsing the social media and video games.

In the daily work, where sometimes you feel alone, certain traits an online job must posses in order to stay productive and enthusiastic. Most of the time you need be aware that you are not alone on this and the grace of God is  ever present. We just need to pray for endurance and more grace to move on.  

This is what I need I believe.  St. Augustine says, "Work as if everyone depended on you. Pray as if everything depended on Him. "
