We have a sort of discussion with some national here regarding their languages (tok pisin) and the english languages... Tok pisin is the English Pidgin..a broken english - some might say.. Dok - dog Igolo - going to Baksite - backside.. Sounds funny sometimes...But we do understand each other.. But the most commonly use language as they is this... the swear language Ay yudiputa! Buwisit..heheheh ..when they hear that they just know that somebody is swearing., like manong boy when we were drank And it the international language...

Let me first clear that I'm on the side of the Inhouse development... There would be no question on that Here while developing something for the company I've been listening on the battle of that..but thank God, I'm almost finish with my project.. Here are my corollary reason : - the migration of the current system which is poorly written (my own point of view) to the new package system which take a lot of time. - there were confidential data that the company must preserve that an in-house project could be good in handling at it. I'll add more of these later...
